Are you talking about Firefox?

Have you tried starting Firefox in Mozilla Safe Mode? http://kb.mozillazine.org/Safe_mode
Do you have the same problem if you create a new profile and test it with no extensions or non-default themes installed?

I use the Mozilla for the extensions. So... your ideas didn't help me.
Can you give me a link for the best Mozilla, I can download?

The current version is 23.0.1 and that would be the best version to install. http://www.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/fx/#desktop

And running in Safe Mode is just a diagnostic step, not something intended to be used for day to day browsing. Some problems are caused by installed extensions and Safe Mode can help to determine if that is what is happening.

Click the orange Firefox button -> Help -> Restart with Add-ons Disabled...

Then check to see if Firefox has sound.
