youtube flash crash: where is HTML5?

hello

when i watch youtube videos, firefox crashes and says that adobe flash plugin crashed

isn't supposed youtube to use HTML5 instead of that flash technology?

please elaborate what is happening

Firefox doesn't support Media Source Extensions which is why it still uses flash player by default in youtube.
You can opt in like said above but you still get flash player for some videos also HTML5 on Firefox doesn't support all resolutions.

If you want to use HTML5 for all videos in al available resolutions in youtube then you have to use Internet Explorer 11 or Chrome
