how to clean links? help needed badly!

I need help badly! everybody is appreciating clearlinks addon. ppl are happy to use it. however i cant make it run i n the right way even i spent hours and trying hundreds of combinations. i am trying to change this

it's possible only you need to use extensions that can perform redirection according to your specified regex expression. something like this:
