Make the font in "Internet-surf" a bit brighter/more clear?

Hello ...

Can I make the font (the basic font, when you surf on the internet) in Firefox, a bit brighter / more clear ?

I have changed the menu font to Drood Sans, and it are brighter, then before with Noto Sans.

I use Linux Mint 17.3

But the question goes also for Windows 7

The font, used "by the Internet" ?

Or is it impossible to change that ?
