FF 50x & add-ons & userContent.css bug?

It appears that disabling add-ons prevents FF 50x from seeing my chrome/userContent.css file.

I have a userContent.css file I've been using for several years. Today I upgraded a Win7 48x system to 49x, then 50.0.2. I wanted to try Multiprocess Windows, To get that to work, I had to disable add-ons. With that done, I did see 0/1 (Disabled) change to 1/1 and then 2 FF processes. But none of my userContent.css worked. Re-enabling add-ons allowed userContent.css to work.

Is this a bug or does Multiprocess not permit userContent?

How did you do that?
If by Safe Mode, well Safe Mode disables userContent.css / userChrome.css too.

I disabled add-ons from Tools>Add-ons>[Extensions] Disable ...
Yes, I saw that Safe Mode disables both userContent and add-ons.
I re-enabled add-ons from Tools>Add-ons>[Extensions] Enable ...

(So first reported over 2 years ago (by you know who), & it will be fixed in FF 53. At least that's right around the corner - now. I suppose there is some release note somewhere mentioning a little bug...?)

if stylish is e10s capable i would use this one - and need no firefox restart to take effect of changes in code.
