Hi,
I have been having a problem with visiting websites by either manually entering something like www.mozillazine.org or using links on websites.
If the target site is a http site I will often get a Connection reset error (This site is one that fails for me).
If I go to a https version of the site (if it has one), then the page(s) load fine.
If I use my VPN connection (which is L2TP/IPSec with no third party software or drivers), the http pages load fine.
Rather than repeating the information in it's entirety this discussion started at https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/questions/1148292 and it was suggested that I post here.
This happens on all PCs in my household and happens on all Firefox versions 37.0.2 through to the latest version.
Any assistance is greatly appreciated.
thanks
Connection has been reset on http only

ALL Firefox versions since Fx 37.... which you seem to be posting with.TanC wrote: This happens on all PCs in my household and happens on all Firefox versions 37.0.2 through to the latest version
How about updating to 50.1.0 and reporting back..same problem persists ? Try Safe Mode and if that doesn't work a New test Profile.
