Precipiation numbers incorrect

Snow and rain precipitation values are incorrect. Order of magnitude difference compared to Accuweather data.

A little more info is required.
Exactly what are you using as a comparison?
A web site?
An extension?

Depending on which weather service server your software receives information from or connects to can be the source of variations.
You may need to make sure your locale is set properly.
This is the same for all systems and all softwares.
Also there may be a general interpretation by you software or service for a larger geographical area and some form of extrapolation is used for calculations.
Doesn't matter what you say, it's wrong for a toaster to walk around the house and talk to you
