Hello,
Adblock Plus isn't blocking ads that are by AdRecover. How can I fix this?

Unblocked content should be reported to the maintainers of whatever filter list(s) you are using. Adblock Plus is really only a framework that has to have user-specified filters
in order to do anything (although some lists will be installed by default in recent versions of Adblock Plus).
The large majority of Adblock Plus users will have the EasyList filter subscription installed, as their main ad-blocking list. The place to report problems with that

In this particular case, I think the "Adrecover" ads might be passing due to ABP's "Acceptable Ads" feature. You can turn that off by unchecking a box in ABP's Filter Preferences dialog.
