How to modify the uc file to get my url bar back to normal?

After using the uc script above, my urlbar is like this:

The urlbar is kind of higher than normal, it's obvious when comparing with the search bar.

How to fix it?

Maybe try Safe Mode then Corrupt Local store
There's a warning of a deprecated localstore.rdf file, read that beforehand.

Might be good, if possible to locate and remove the file and effects from github.

(Your screenshot is not showing up. Likely only cached on your end, but not being seen elsewhere.

The file is a user chrome script for the userChromeJS extension.

@morat - Thanks, was thinking script messed with the local store and a restore would fix it.
Safe Mode closes out the changes in UserChrome but that wouldn't answer what messed with the display.
