Firefox not loading propely

I am running the latest v. of firefox and win 10.
If I have say 3 sessions of ff running at the same time and then restart the computer, When it restarts, when I click on ff, all 3 sessions start instead of just one like it used to do and all three sessions start in a minimized state rather than full page. This is new to me. I then have to start all 3 sessions and click the full page icon to go full page. Can anyone help?

Try menu path Tools->Options->General->Start up->When Firefox start->choose either "Display my home page" or "Display a blank page" rather than "Display my windows and tabs from last time."
