If I try to save documents with Chinese characters in the title Firefox saves those Characters as Unicode codes instead of proper Chinese characters. Mind that I can save filenames with Chinese characters in other programs. Check picture for reference:

Maybe it has to do with the Firefox version locale & any language packs installed?
Or maybe Simplified vs Traditional Chinese?
If you hover the link to your download, does it show as expected?
If I create a file, drag it into the browser, the Save As dialog looks correct to me (en-US).

I started to believe it is the website's fault because Ihad the same problem with two different installation of Windows (with different Firefox locales) and an installation of Debian.
