firefox and java
have on online calling app "keepcalling.com" Has worked until new notebook and mobile device acquired. The Windows 10 notebook has Firefox and Java yet when navigating to keepcalling.com the message Webcall requires java. How can one troubleshoot this issue? Guidance sought

Version 52 of Firefox removed support for Netscape Plugin API (NPAPI) plugins other than Flash. That means that Silverlight, Java, Acrobat and the like are no longer supported.
Since you require that plug-in, you should download and install version 52.0 ESR from https://www.mozilla.org/firefox/organizations/all/
