Missing item from customize buttons

This is Firefox 47.0.2 ... On one of my computers (Dell 8200 with XP PRO SP3 and FF4.7.0.2) when I go into the
Tools, Customize menu, I do not have a "Resize Search Box" selection .. This allows one to resize the built in
Firefox search box .. It is present on my Toshiba Laptop (Win 10 64 Home with same FF 47.0.2) installed ..
How do I get this selection back into my Dell computer ? ? ?

You can change that search bar width using CTR if you have it installed

I do have classic theme restorer installed. Just checked it and found it in CTR, Searchbar, Page #2
But that does not answer why I have that button I mentioned on my Toshiba Firefox Customize menu
and not on my Dell (with the same version of Firefox)
