Menubar style hover/clicked

Hi everyone,

I used Classic Theme Restorer to make my Firefox look like you see in the image. Now I'm trying to make the menubar look like the bookmark symbols when hovering or clicking on them. Can you help me?

Thanks for your answer. I didn't mean the symbols next to the menu entry, I just wanted to show the style when a bookmark vs. a menu bar item is clicked or hovered on.
