Wells Fargo help

I can open my Wells Fargo online banking website with no problems but as soon as the page is open, none of the links (??) work. I can't access any account information, sign out, etc. I tried it out on Opera and Chrome and the site opens fine and the links work. I think I had some malware affecting it and had to get all my banking info redone and ever since then, this is what's happening. Wells Fargo are no help.

Clear the browser cache (use menu path Tools->Options->Advanced->Network tab->click on "Clear Now" button.)

Delete any cookies relating to the site(s) involved (Tools->Options->Privacy->Firefox will "Use custom settings for History"->Show Cookies button).
