Firefox 53 Sound buzz on buffering

Hello everyone.I installed Firefox 53 today and whenever I skip later on a video or change a video mid-play my speakers will buzz loudly for a second (distorted noise,part of the video).It happens for all html5 players I tried (no idea about flash),it will not happen if I skip to an earlier point only later.Same happens with hardware acceleration enabled or disabled.Also it happens only with Firefox.Anyone else with this issue?
