Bluebar around url bar and lots of issues around it

So, got a new computer, everything was great and stuff. Downloaded Firefox and everything was great. Then I'm randomly tabbing in to search for something and now there's a blue bar around the URL bar and I can't just hit down arrow for former spots (IE I used to hit G and down arrow for gmail, now nothing happens). Sometimes hitting the enter key doesn't even do anything. What is going on...?

Did you install any extensions in Firefox?
Does the same thing occur if you launch the application in Mozilla Safe Mode? http://kb.mozillazine.org/Safe_mode

The blue 'focus ring' in the URL bar has been there for awhile now, maybe its a win10 thing ?
