Can't resize windows; window controls size troubles

In Firefox, I can't shrink the DownThemAll plugin window by vertical. It can be expanded only. But it can be freely resized by horizontal. Also status line size is incorrect.
If the window is maximized then it's status line OK.
You can say that this is plugin bug but other plugin - Firebug - is showing incorrectly too. The buttons are too small.

How can it be fixed?
Firefox ESR 52.1.0 (32-bit). This bug is present at least from version 48+.

i would say use another windows theme or report it to author, there is nothing we can do or fix for the extension.

Yes it is up to date.
I'll try another theme (now the Littlefox is used).

Yes it was theme bug.
All is OK with the Default theme.
