Any Web Extension that always forces a new tab to open ?

Whenever you enter a internet address in the address bar ? If not its ok.

The keyboard shortcut Alt+Enter should load the address bar URL in a new tab. Likewise, middle-clicking on the Go button (arrow) will do the same.
No extension needed.

did you search yourself on AMO for any webextension? (dont forget - marked for v57 do not mean its a true webextension, you have to checkout yourself)

currently there exist nothing like that (or like TMP) in chrome store, so you have to search or wait until its ready.
