I have notified my bank but they don't care.
It's not a big deal but...
They have a passcode verification facility involving specifying three digits of the passcode via dropdown lists of the digits 0-9.
If you click on the V so the list of digits appear and then click anywhere else on the page (so the list disappears), when you click on the V a second time the list displays as *'s.
This happens with Firefox/Waterfox but not any other browsers (e.g. IE and Chrome).

Re: Dropdown list displaying as *'s
Some smaller banking institutions log in pages are often poorly designed because of lack of designers with security experience. They will also only test their designs using IE.gluepack wrote:I have notified my bank but they don't care.
The scheme you describe is one of the dumbest I've ever seen. Since the numbers appear on the monitor, anyone looking over you shoulder can get the pass-code.
I would consider changing banks.
