They are in a file called places.sqlite. As usual move when FF in not running.

Note that there are also compressed .jsonlz4 bookmark backups in the bookmarkbackups folder.

Never mind, if figured it out Bookmarks are in a file named places.sqlite

I saw that but didn't know how to use them.
