Don't receive an email to get verified for sync
I just re-installed Windows and then Firefox on my Windows 10 computer. I've had a Firefox account for a year or so and wanted to sync with it. I clicked 'Verify Email' in order to sync my new installation. Firefox indicates that it sent the email but I never get it. Nothing in my junk or spam folders. It's been an entire day since my initial attempt, and I've tried several times subsequently but I get no email. Any thoughts?

This is a problem I often see mentioned on Mozilla support forum.
What I always do then, is : I send an email to one of the Administators, who then gets back to the OP on the support forum and 'things get fixed'.
I can't give Admin a link to this forum, though - don't think they'd react.
So, what I'll do now, is : I'm goig to send you a Private Message, in which I will give you the Admin's email address.

Are you talking about the admin here at Mozillazine? If so, there is nothing he can do about email addresses used in syncing Firefox accounts.

However this was not about a Support.mozilla.org account but about Firefox Sync. Getting in touch with a SUMO admin will do little unless that person can get you in touch with somebody that can help with Firefox sync accounts.

Not sure which Admiin at support.mozilla.org you are referring to because the active admins there only deal with SUMO stuff.

You have not answered the questions asked of you and the only two regularly active Admins at Sumo do not do anything Firefox Accounts (sync) related and at best could maybe direct the person to somebody who could.

You're right: the Admins don't do anything Sync related, but they WILL help users who never received the email.
If you have a problem with me wanting to help a user who came with this problem on this forum rather than Mozilla support forum : sue me.
