What changed or has been added, either Firefox or your system since last week?
If you go to the sites login page without using the auto login feature does the password work?
Are the sites requiring the use of cookies?
Doesn't matter what you say, it's wrong for a toaster to walk around the house and talk to you

A website remembering you (log you in automatically) is stored in a cookie.

So it looks that you do not keep these cookies.
If you use "Clear history when Firefox closes" then check the settings and make sure to keep the Cookies and the Site Preferences (exceptions).

Options/Preferences -> Privacy -> Firefox will: "Use custom settings for history"

You can let the cookies expire when Firefox is closed to make them session cookies instead of using "Clear history when Firefox closes" to clear the cookies.
You can create a cookie "Allow" exception to keep specific cookies.
