Problem accessing "passes screen" on NowTV website

Does anyone here have NowTV?
I am using Firefox 54.0.1 and when I logon and go to My Account > My passes I just get the endless spinning logo in the centre instead of the options to buy passes.
It works fine using Chrome and Internet Explorer.
Just wondered if anyone else gets the same.

Clear the browser cache (use menu path Tools->Options->Advanced->Network tab->click on "Clear Now" button.)

Delete any cookies relating to the site(s) involved (Tools->Options->Privacy->Firefox will "Use custom settings for History"->Show Cookies button).

I cleared all the history and cache as you said (I have it set to clear history+cache on FF closedown anyway).
I cleared all the NowTV and Sky cookies as you said.
I cleared other ones which were specified in Ccleaner.

Unfortunately it made no difference.
I've done this 2 or 3 times before with no problem.

Were you able to access that site previously?

Yes, as I said I didn't have the problem on the 2 or 3 occasions before.
I don't want to take up much of your time, I was interested to know if anyone else had the problem.

I've just been over to the NowTV forum and somebody else has reported the same problem.
I'll see how that progresses.
