My laptop is 64-bit and only has 4GB of RAM.
Should I use the 32-bit or 64-bit version of Firefox?
I've read that the 64-bit version uses more memory on average than 32-bit
Should I use the 32-bit or 64-bit version if I only have 4G?

Depends.
32 bit processes can use only 3 GB while 64 bit processes can use all memory.
But if you are not a power surfer and force Firefox to its limits it does not matter.

Think for yourself. Otherwise you have to believe what other people tell you.

I also use a laptop with 4gig ... and I run the 64bit version... no issues here... other that some Utube stuff trying to hog everything.
