Bookmarks menu

In Safe Mode the bookmarks menu appears below the bookmarks icon.

So is that the behavior you want?

And you are not talking about the bookmarks menu-item, but rather the bookmarks icon?
Do you have a user.js file in your Profile or are you using any Profile/chrome/user*.css files?

Sorry, I do mean the Bookmarks menu icon. I do not have a user.js file nor are there any chrome/user*.css files.
