Until I recently upgraded Firefox to version 55 I had no difficulty signing onto http://www.which.co.uk/ and examining details in "My Account". However, now I experience a problem. I can still login to Which but now I cannot access "My account" because it now only displays computer code rather than a menu of available actions.
Unfortunately I am unable to find a way to attach a screen shot: -
"My account

This problem also affected Microsoft Edge but Microsoft have now resolved the issue.
Any assistance would be gratefully accepted.

After you've taken the screen shot/s...
Reduce it/them to around 600 x 500 or so in your favourite image editor, (Be sure to remove any personal info.)
& upload them to your favourite image hosting site.

Many thanks for the prompt assistance. I tried but regrettably failed so I simply copied the text and added that to my postLIMPET235 wrote:Here is how to post an image here...

Try to boot the computer in Windows Safe mode with network support in case your security software is interfering.
