Issue with Which.co.uk

Post by Middleleaze »

Until I recently upgraded Firefox to version 55 I had no difficulty signing onto http://www.which.co.uk/ and examining details in "My Account". However, now I experience a problem. I can still login to Which but now I cannot access "My account" because it now only displays computer code rather than a menu of available actions.

Unfortunately I am unable to find a way to attach a screen shot: -

"My account
Hello Stan"; _ms=1424; s_pers=%20gpv_pageName%3Dhome%7C1503989334230%3B%20gpv_pageName_prop71%3Dhome%7C1503989334230%3B%20s_nr%3D1503987534231-Repeat%7C1535523534231%3B; ga_cookie=member-304764270-(not set)-(not set); identity.cdn.logged_in=5afd751346b2dc69a8150adb3e5c82f186ac7d5b041ea3fbf77488f0bd633d41; COOKIE_DISPLAYNAME_WOL=Chevalier; COOKIE_USERNAME_WOL="stan.kay@ntlworld.com

This problem also affected Microsoft Edge but Microsoft have now resolved the issue.

Any assistance would be gratefully accepted.

Here is how to post an image here...

After you've taken the screen shot/s...
Reduce it/them to around 600 x 500 or so in your favourite image editor, (Be sure to remove any personal info.)
& upload them to your favourite image hosting site.

&...Select the code listed as "Forum Thumbnail", copy the code and paste it in
the thread where you reported your problem.

Many thanks for the prompt assistance. I tried but regrettably failed so I simply copied the text and added that to my post

Try to boot the computer in Windows Safe mode with network support in case your security software is interfering.
