I've used Firefox for many years to read Medscape articles without problems. www, medscape.comIn the last week or two, pages appear jumbled, starting with a very large, blue "gear" icon followed by two large, blue search icons, below which is at least part of the article in mostly plain text. There are no images, and image links do not work. Medscape works perfectly with the Safari browser, but I'd prefer to use Firefox. I didn't notice if this problem started after a recent Firefox upgrade or not. I'm currently using Firefox version 55.0.3 for Mac. Since this is a new problem, I'm wondering if it is the result of a recent Firefox update. I was going to attach screenshots illustrating how a particular Medscape article loads in Firefox and Safari, but attachments are apparently not allowed. I would be happy to make these available if there is a way to do so.
If anyone has any suggestions for troubleshooting or fixing this problem, I'd appreciate it. Thank you very much.

As a test, create a new, clean Profile & then load http://www.medscape.com/.
Fire 750, bring back 250.
