Provided counts of addons' users
I'm perplexed by the user counts I see on https://addons.mozilla.org/. For example, the page for TidyRead lists 51 user reviews but only 2 users! What is the meaning of this user count? And where if at all in Fx documentation is this explained?

Except for a 2015 review all of the reviews for TidyRead are from 2012 or earlier.
