Developer Tools=Web Developer? (sub)forum for questions?

I am uncertain whether the Firefox built-in "Developer tools" are equal to the Web Developer AddOn available from here:

The latter is only an AddOn while the Developer Tools are built-in (=NO addOn).

So are we talking about different tools?

Furthermore I am searching for a (sub)forum for questions about the built-in Developer Tools handling.

Is there such a forum?

The Web Developer includes a lot more feature then the builtin Firefox developer tools, but the extension will stop working in Firefox 57+.
You will have to check whether all important features of the extension you use have a replacement.
