On Mac using FF 55, 56 & 57b Netflix videos will not play, screen just goes dark.
NOTE: In about plugins Widevine Content Decryption Module (version - 1.4.8.1008) is installed and enabled, note again Mac.
I also tried in safe mode but nothing.
It does play in Chrome and Safari.

Reflective, thanks but should not need Cloudready SW. Worked a few months ago with FF when it used Silverlight Plug-In

Re: Netflix won't play [Mac]
Users report that media.autoplay.enabled=false causes this issue in Firefox 56. Moving the mouse pointer around blindly over the player should eventually uncover the invisible play button.

jscher2000 thank you. I have media.autoplay.enabled=false. I tried "moving the mouse pointer around blindly" and found the magic spot which I have memorized (location). I don't like autoplay.
Again thank you for solving this.
