These two seem to have different paths ... browser.download.lastDir;C:\Users\Roz\Public Pictures\Alphas and browser.open.lastDir;C:\Users\Public\Pictures\Alphas and if I move to (say) Music in Libraries then just this one is altered to .... browser.open.lastDir;C:\Users\Roz\Music\Noises Is that perhaps where something is going on? Mud is good!
Sorry - will delete that one you aren't sure of and relabel Alpha to 0Alpha. (Hope I'm getting closer to it now with all your help)
Mud is good!
Ah right ... I have been using the Music etc in Libraries but if I go in through this path by clicking on each stage in the left menu: Local Disc C\Users\Public to the other files (like Music) the Open File icon remembers to go back to Alphas.
Seem the answer is to avoid using the Libraries ![]() Mud is good!
![]() Sounding like you've nailed it Roz.
Who needs Libraries any more? You've already got access to the best one in either Google or whatever search engine you choose. ![]() Ancient Amateur Astronomer

What I do is click on the chosen pic from the album in Photobucket then copy the IMG Thumb link. All the animations I had saved in my Clippings add-on were broken so I spent some time replacing each with the IMG Thumb link and they all work again. I just use Clippings to paste the exact link and it appears as an animation again
![]() So the IMG Thumb bit (without the spaces I added to show it) goes from this ....
