FF 57 seems not to be rendering images properly when border="0" is specified.

The sprocket holes should frame the image exactly; instead they extend above and below.
Which would happen if border="0" is being ignored.
All versions of FF rendered this properly from at least 2.0 to 56.
Chrome, MS IE 6 through IE 11 and Edge also render properly.

I don't see what you are describing. It also looks the same to me in Edge as it does Fx57. Can you post a screenshot to show what you see?
