FF 57 - HTML border="0" rendering issue ?

Post by sean97 »

FF 57 seems not to be rendering images properly when border="0" is specified.

See

http://www.findingbrokeback.com/Welcome/Welcome.html

The sprocket holes should frame the image exactly; instead they extend above and below.
Which would happen if border="0" is being ignored.

All versions of FF rendered this properly from at least 2.0 to 56.
Chrome, MS IE 6 through IE 11 and Edge also render properly.

I don't see what you are describing. It also looks the same to me in Edge as it does Fx57. Can you post a screenshot to show what you see?

Also, try to reproduce your problem in safe mode.

Finally, if this is your website, this thread can be moved to the web development forum where someone may be able to help if there is an issue with your website code, or point a workaround if there is a bug in Fx.
