sorry about this post but im a fan of Firefox since it first version, things going good till 57 , hate the stupid Chrome's new tab pre visualization feature now got it on 57, the lag is awesome barely can navigate with 3 tabs open, can't write a post in Facebook without delay and don't you dare to tell me it is my hardware, any other browser works fine i don't want to quit using Firefox plz let us use 56 at least it was the Firefox we all know. how to revert the update ?

Ahem it is not difficult to tell that this is not a *.mozilla.org site and as you can see by comment on right and the about url http://www.mozillazine.org/about/ . Mozilla does have their own more recent support forum for desktop Firefox and more recently some other things at https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/questions/

Firefox 56.0.2 is EOL with no more security updates and is already affected.

You could use Firefox 52 ESR as it will still get security updates until 52.8.0esr in May 2018 unlike the old 56.0.2
