Hello everybody,
regardless of new Noscript version or not, I use "ublock Origin" and "Ghostery", and of course a "reasonable" virus protection. Does it actually need a tool that is useful but also complicated, which requires permanently permitting or prohibiting webside scripting? Of course, after a few days you already have a useful framework, but is the security gain really high enough?

It depends on what your definition of "reasonable virus protection" is.
If you want one which includes real time protection against ransomware, exploits, malware and web protection I'd recommend Malwarebytes: https://www.malwarebytes.com/
