At this site that sells speakers, all I see is a white circle going around and around...the page doesn't load, even with cookies enabled and no ad blocking. Anyone know what might be going on?

You are using an old version of Firefox. The link works fine for me on FF 57.0. Try downloading Firefox Portable v57.0.1 and see if you can connect okay via that:

Firefox Portable
Firefox Portable "Installation" Instructions

Note: the FF Portable will not interfere with your installed FF 53.0.

Thanks, I will try that.

Just to update, I installed FF57 (full, not portable version) and even in safe mode I still have the same problem. Guess I've got some troubleshooting to do!

Did you try in a new, clean Profile?
Did you try in IE?

The page is "there", but there is something being overlaid on it.
Blocking JavaScript causes that overlay to display.
If you "remove" it, the page displays as expected.
uBlock sees something, ##.page-loader, & if you "preview" that, you can see the page.

If neither of them work, then you're blocking something externally.
HOSTS file or similar.

When I enabled 3rd party cookies for that site, the page loaded correctly. Problem solved.
