Firefox 57 A Total Boorag !

Good evening,

What a total mess the latest Firefox is: about as much use as an ashtray on a motorcycle.

Not only have I lost all my extensions (my principle purpose in using Firefox), but:

Click on the pinned icon; it doesn't run but starts no less than 4 processes.

Start it again; it doesn't run, adds another process.

To get this abortion to run at all I have to terminate all the processes with Task Manager and start it again ... to find that not even Last Pass extension works properly.

Can anyone suggest what, apart from emigrating to Chrome or Opera, I shoud do to get it at least to run ?

Hell, I have to sign in to Last Pass every time I start Firefox as closing the last tab now closes Firefox !! Rather defeats the point of
having a password manager.
