Long ago I swapped toolbar and page tabs bars. With the latest update (a few days ago) this preference setting was tacitly reset. Trying to find out how to set it again, led me to a pretty complicated set of instructions, quite confusing.
Why don't you define a new preference setting for this in the page about:preferences? This can page simply be reached by tabs menu Options / Options (I hope I correctly translate from my Dutch localised version).
