Close Tabs Without Being Asked

Post by fxfan313 »

Is there a setting that will allow me to right-click on a tab>close tabs to the right, and then the tabs close without the popup that asks if I am sure I want to close x number of tabs? I'm always sure, dang it. Thanks.

Try changing the setting for browser.tabs.warnOnCloseOtherTabs.

Type about:config into the address bar and hit enter. Press the I'll be Careful button.
Find the preference browser.tabs.warnOnCloseOtherTabs. You can use the filter bar at the top of the list.
Double click the preference to change it from the default value of true to false.
Try to close the other tabs and see if you still get the warning. You shouldn't need to first restart Firefox to have the preference change take effect.
