Sync Confirmation never arrives

Hello,

I have been having a problem with Firefox Sync.
I cannot add any new devices as the confirmation link is never received.
The last confirmation link I had was on the 14th of November.

I have checked all spam folders and filters, and nothing has ever arrived!

Please help.
