FF57: Don't want bookmarks opening in last open tab
With the use of some "official" addons (Open Link with New Tab), I have been able to have links from a site open to the right of the site as a new tab. However, when selecting a bookmark from the BM bar, it will open within the last opened tab and not to the right of the last tab as a new tab. Of course, whenever I select any link or bookmark, I'd like them to always open as new tabs and not within the last opened tab.

Reason: Changed references to "benchmark" to read "bookmark" per OP's reply.

Change the preference browser.tabs.loadBookmarksInTabs to true.

Thanks, smith; however, I find the tabs a bit too big. Any way customizing them?

Not sure what you mean by "too big". Width, height?

A little bit too high. Took a quick look at the referenced site. It looks like it may have what i want in terms of generally bringing back FF 56. Don't have time now to work on it, but will later this week and will let you know how it turns out, smsmith wrote:Not sure what you mean by "too big". Width, height?

If the tabs are too tall, try right clicking the navigation toolbar and choose customize. In the center bottom of the customize tab, try changing the "density" from normal to compact.
