why can't i install a nofollow ad-on? i have an ubuntu software

What is "a nofollow ad-on"?
Fire 750, bring back 250.

If the extension is listed when you do a search in /Tools/Add-ons/Get Add-ons or from the Extensions page it should load and install if current.
However be aware there have been some recent reports some extensions are causing issues
