every single site I try to go to I get the same message...

Report errors like this to help Mozilla identify and block malicious sites
qsurvey.mozilla.com uses an invalid security certificate.
The certificate is not trusted because the issuer certificate is unknown.
The server might not be sending the appropriate intermediate certificates.
An additional root certificate may need to be imported.
Error code: SEC_ERROR_UNKNOWN_ISSUER
the only difference being the name of the site.
Not exactly useful I think.
when I try to report it the same message appears. When I try to contact Mozilla the same message appears. I had to use Chrome to get to this forum site.
I tried uninstalling and reinstalling but no change.
I'm not sure what makes this the "Best Firefox Ever"

Re: can't do anything
I recently stumbled on a thread that determined the file called cert.db was corrupt and deleting that file solved the problem they were having. Seemed to be the same symptoms you are describing. You can find that file in your profile folder. Delete it or rename it to something like cert.db.old with Firefox closed.

Re: can't do anything
qsurvey.mozilla.com redirects to https://www.surveygizmo.com/
are you redirected? and if not - why? you noticed in another that you had a damaged "cert.db", this is not common.
maybe same cause if you were not redirected, misconfigured firefox or some external software screwing on firefox, maybe antivirus and or some questionable cleaners (most common issuer: ccleaner)
on the other hand mozback is also known as a troublemaker.
