How to remove or stop the RAPPORT popup to reminder..

Hi all, I've been using FF for years, so far so good, but something happened in the last few week, there is a pop up window show up every time I open the FF, IBM Rapport is not enable. I've check the option-add-on manager, there is no way I can delete this ADD-ON, please help.
