![]() Moving to Firefox Support.
To what format are you trying to save the page? What is the specific site, in case the issue has something to do with page coding/formatting? It works for me.
File > Save Page As > mozillaZine.htm as web page complete File > Open File > mozillaZine.htm in Downloads folder Test page http://www.mozillazine.org/ Firefox 58.0.1 Windows 7 SP1 32-bit

https://i.imgur.com/ofrbBHo.jpg I'm using icon on FF..... https://i.imgur.com/6EyHD2e.jpg Still not working. I tried disabling firewall too. OK. I started FF in safe mode and it works. So, I like my add ons but need to see which one is causing this? Ghostery?
.
FWIW I can store one of the thread pages form http://www.survivalistboards.com/ using the "Save Page" icon. Remember it stores two things. 1 - Page Name - Survivalist Forum.html 2 - Page Name - Survivalist Forum_files You double click on the html file to open the stored page which will then load the information in the files directory. NOTE, both of these must be in the same location. . FF 65.0.1 - FF 66b9 - FF 67a - TB 60.5 - Mac OSX 10.13.6
Computers I've used: IBM 7094/UNIVAC 1108/IBM 360/DEC PDP11/DEC VAX-11 780/DEC VAXstation 8000/Sun SPARCstation 2/Mac from 1984 to 2019 Thanks everyone. I restarted in safe mode and it worked. After restarting again it still worked with addons enabled. I don't know what happened but all is well for the moment
FWIW, it seems to be reproducible when cache limited to 0 (options->Privacy&Security->Cached Web Content).
(without add-ons, for http://www.survivalistboards.com/ only, not always, retry will succeed, unreproducible in safe mode) (only "Failed" label, no any other explanation, no clue such as error messages in browser console... user cannot recognize what's happened ![]()
