Had to install a fresh copy of Firefox 52.6.0 64-bit ESR due to another issue, once Sync got me back up and running, Video DownloadHelper no longer prompts me where I want to deposit each file I download, like it did before. = false

Any ideas?

Since version 7.0.1 I've had so many problems with VDH that I just quit using it. There are other downloaders that work just as well.

I've noticed this as well, about Video DownloadHelper, and I figured it was due to the conversion to WebExtensions. On Linux, at least, files are downloaded to a "dwhelper" directory via an external application. I'm using Video DownloadHelper 7.2.2 in Firefox 59.0.1 on Linux Mint 18.
