When I was in Options I selected a User ID/Password that I wanted to Remove, but I accidentally hit Remove All. Is there anyway I can recover those User IDs and Passwords?

You can check in Windows Explorer if there is a previous version of the logins.json file available.
right-click: Properties -> Previous Versions
