In the Security page under privacy and history, I'm unable to answer the question "Have I visited this website prior to today ?" as there's nothing to click on. So it's stuck at No whereas I've been into the page for ages....
Appreciate any help thanks....

It may be you need to add the url of the site to one of the exceptions in /edit/preference for anything to occur on the page and set some conditions.
Also, if you are clearing site data and history on close it may reset things to blank, therefore the answer "No."
On another system of mine it shows unknown instead of no.
Look at your history settings/advanced and see what you are wiping on close.

Doesn't matter what you say, it's wrong for a toaster to walk around the house and talk to you

Re: How to activate Security privacy & history
OP is evidently talking about the Security tab of the "Page Info" for some webpage.
The "Have I visited ... " line is not in fact a question, and there is no action requested of the user.
It just indicates whether or not there exists an entry in the History database for that webpage, which may or may not exist
even though the user has visited that page thousands of times.
