FF default font question

Post by Ed1 »

I have an ioT device that has a browser-accessed GUI. The device loads into the browser certain font and/or style attributes that conflict with the default font I have chosen in the FF settings. As a result, certain image icons loaded into FF from the device are not displayed correctly in FF unless I select the FF settings option to allow all sites to use their own fonts rather than my selected default font.

Is there any way (through CSS code or otherwise) to make an exception so that I could have my default font set for all sites other than this ioT device interface as displayed in FF? The built-in FF settings do not have an "Exceptions" section for font characteristics.

Can you use Stylish or similar for that?
Fire 750, bring back 250.

Thanks for the idea, therube. I will look into it.

I guess the issue is whether Stylish will allow the setting of a site's own default style when all other site's fonts are modified by the FF font setting. Not sure, but will investigate.

Stylus is supposed to be a "better" choice.
